The Company is being managed by a team of young and dynamic Civil Engineers who have been functioning as such for the last twenty years.  Over these two decades they have earned diversified experience as field engineers, executives and now as entrepreneurs, in the construction industry.
 

Mr Vinod Bagai, Managing Director of Samar Estates Pvt. Ltd., # 87, Sector-7, Panchkula, is a civil engineer from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, and has behind him nearly twenty years of rich and diversified experience as a field engineer, executive and now as entrepreneur, in the construction industry.  He has managed the execution of more than ten Group Housing Projects in Sector-20, Panchkula only in addition to various other projects.
